At Kelyee.com, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which returns, refunds, and replacements may be requested. We aim to make this process clear and fair while ensuring a smooth experience for every customer.

This policy applies to all orders placed on Kelyee.com, including apparel, footwear, and accessories.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
Customers may request a return for eligible items within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
To qualify for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact.
• Items with stains, odors, pet hair, or signs of wear cannot be returned.
• Personalized, custom-made, or clearance items are not eligible for return unless defective.

Returned items that do not meet the above criteria may be sent back to the customer at their expense.

RETURN PROCESS

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

• Items listed as final sale

CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders may only be canceled within the first 12 hours after purchase.
After 12 hours, the order begins processing and cannot be canceled.
