United States customers receive free shipping on orders valued at $75 or more.
Orders below this amount have a flat-rate fee of $6.99.

TRACKING INFORMATION
After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and direct tracking link. Tracking updates typically begin showing within 24–48 hours.

Customers with an account can also check tracking details in the “My Orders” section. Guest checkout customers will receive tracking updates via email only.

DELIVERY COVERAGE AND LIMITATIONS
Kelyee.com ships to most major regions, including the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and selected Asian countries such as Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and Hong Kong.

We do not ship to:
• P.O. Boxes
• APO/FPO/DPO addresses
• Countries restricted by export regulations
• Remote areas unsupported by major carriers

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your order arrives damaged or is marked as Delivered but you have not received it, notify us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date.
